Voltage Divider

- Simple
- Low-cost
- Good when Rx is large (I is low), bad if Rx is small (I is too high)
- Non-linear Vout to Rx relationship
Current Divider

- Simple (but more complex than a voltage divider)
- Low-cost
- Good when Rx is small, poor choice when Rx is large
- Non=linear relationship between Iout and Rx
- May require TIA to convert Iout to Vout
Bridge Circuit

- Can use Vout or Iout configuration for high or low Rx
- More components
- Receiver must accept differential voltage signal or current signal
- We can use a TIA (tranimpedance amplifier) to take I in and give V out.
